Healthynholy was birthed out of the desire to find a "healthy and holy" balance in our own lives. We realized we were either super healthy or the farthest thing from it. The same was true when searching our hearts about where we were spiritually. We were either on a flourishing mountain top or dragging our feet through a dry valley in our faith. We noticed our lives had so many serious extremes that it was wearing us out. We began to remove our damaging mindset of arriving at some made up destination and decided to focus on enjoying the journey of life in the right direction. We realized that in pursuing balance in our life we were much more content and satisfied.
 
Hence the design... the design is based on the idea of 1 Timothy 4:8 - “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” The weights remind us to train physically and spiritually and the cross aspect of the logo is a reminder of the finished work of Jesus. The HNH is broken down from the brand name HealthyNHoly. May we all continue to train ourselves for this life and the life to come.
