Eligibility for Returns:

 

  • You may request a return within 10 business days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached if applicable.

    • Items must be unwashed, undried, and not trained in. 

    • Items must not have excessive wrinkling.

    • Items must not be covered in animal/human hair or lint.

    • Items returned with detergent stains or strong odors will not be accepted. 

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

 

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact us below within the 10-business-day window.

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item(s).

3. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

 

Refunds:

 

  • Refunds will only be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of our approval.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

 

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Food & Beverage Accessories (Sanitary Reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us below within 5 business days of receipt with: order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
